Reservations
Reservations can be made by calling
The Fair Barn, and requesting proper paperwork to be either picked up or mailed for your
completion.
You may want to call and schedule an appointment to have a tour of
The Fair Barn.

Reservations are confirmed once the completed Application and Permit, Release and Indemnity Agreement, Catering Application and Liquor Liability Insurance Certificate, (if applicable) have been returned along with the required $500 deposit. Base fee and all other fees are due no later than five (5) business days prior to event. Reservations are based on a first paid, first served basis. Please note that
The Fair Barn closes at 1:00
AM for all evening events.
